Charity

Our Branch has supported various causes at home and around the Commonwealth. Through our various activities we raise money that we donate to those who need it. We have also supported in-kind initiatives such as local Christmas appeals.

Through the Phyllis Montgomerie Commonwealth Award, funds from the Phyllis Montgomerie Bequest support eligible applicants undertaking research or educational projects that benefit Commonwealth citizens.

We are always keen to hear from members who have ideas or causes that they would like us to help support. We have modest means, but limitless enthusiasm and people who can contribute their knowledge and contacts.
