A historic moment for the RCS ACT Branch when Commonwealth Secretary General Rt Hon Patricia Scotland met with all present and former living RCS ACT Branch Presidents. The photograph followed her speech to a well attended joint RCS/AIIA meeting in Canberra on 24 April 2023. Her speech on ”The Commonwealth in a Changing World” is attached. On Anzac Day the following morning the Secretary General attended to Dawn Service and met Prime Minister Albanese. She also called on our Branch Patron Governor General Hon David Hurley AC.
