Antigua and Barbuda will host the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in St John’s from 1–4 November 2026, under the theme “Accelerating Partnerships and Investment for a Prosperous Commonwealth”.
The meeting will bring Commonwealth leaders together to strengthen cooperation on shared priorities, including sustainable development, climate resilience, economic opportunity and young people’s participation.
Alongside the leaders’ meeting, the programme includes Business, People’s, Women’s and Youth Forums.
The Commonwealth People’s Forum
Organised by the Commonwealth Foundation with the Government of Antigua and Barbuda, the People’s Forum will explore climate justice, economic inclusion and freedom of expression, with particular attention to small and vulnerable states, women and young people.
