Mr Hunter Culbong, recipient of the 2025 RCS Phyllis Montgomerie Award, was guest speaker at a Spring lunch jointly hosted by the RCS and the Australia/Britain Society at the Royal Canberra Golf Club.
Hunter, a PhD candidate at Australian National University, spoke about his research in exploring drivers of change in police practice and policy in Australia, Canada and the UK.
